After selecting your service and deciding you want to switch, we handle all the necessary paperwork and communication with your previous accountant, ensuring that your data is transferred accurately and efficiently.

How does the switching process work?

The process is easy, click on the menu on the right-hand side to learn more.

  • We start with a meeting, either face-to-face or over a Microsoft Team's call.

    We would like to know how we can help, what systems you use and what services you require.

  • Once we have agreed the terms of business, we will complete all the admin of the changeover.

    We contact your previous accountant, writing to them for professional clearance and requesting any relevant materials related to your business.

  • We then need to be authorised with HMRC (His Majesty's Revenue and Customs) to act as your new accountants.

    HMRC will provide the necessary codes to enable authorisation which they will post to your home address.

    Once you receive them, simply forward them on to us so that we can complete the process.

  • Once professional clearance has been gained with your previous accountant and we have been authorised by HMRC, we will then commence work on the agreed services mentioned above.
